David Pickering is a seasoned executive coach and people experience leader with over 30 years of experience in finance, human resources, and organizational consulting. He is passionate about developing leaders and shaping healthy, high-performing workplace cultures. Throughout his career, David has coached and guided executives in healthcare, business, education, and nonprofit sectors—bringing strategic insight to culture transformation, executive alignment, and people-first leadership. As a former Executive Vice President and CFO, he led complex operations and financial strategy, earning national recognition for advancing workplace culture.

Outside of work, David is a devoted husband and father of eight. His life is grounded in his Christian faith, and he actively serves the Lord through local ministry and international missions, particularly in Nigeria and across the U.S. Whether mentoring young leaders or advising senior teams, David brings a steady, purpose-driven presence to every engagement.
